Customer experience and satisfaction is our top priority! If you're experiencing any issues at all with your candles, we want to hear about it, and most importantly, we want to make it right!

SHIPPING POLICY

Currently, we are only shipping within the U.S. and postage rates are determined by the weight of the package and the final destination. All pre-made orders will be shipped within 2-4 days of ordering. Items made to order will be shipped within 3-5 days of ordering. All orders should be expected to arrive within 4-10 business days once shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our hope is that you will be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for some slim chance that you are not, we ask that you reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at info@sobeitshop.com with your concerns. We will do what we can to make things right.

 

At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds. Our candle scents are our impressions/interpretations of a particular fragrance and we cannot offer returns or refunds because you disagree with our fragrance descriptions and do not like the smell of the candle. If there was an error on our part, we can offer an even exchange for any unburned candles.
