Customer experience and satisfaction is our top priority! If you're experiencing any issues at all with your candles, we want to hear about it, and most importantly, we want to make it right!
Currently, we are only shipping within the United States. All orders will ship via USPS First-Class. Wax orders (candles, melts, KITs) will ship USPS Priority Mail. Orders will be shipped within 2-4 days of ordering. Monthly BOX orders will ship by or before the 15th of each month. Tracking numbers will be provided for you to know when to expect your package to arrive. Please contact USPS directly with any delayed delivery issues.
HOT TEMPERATURES SHIPPING POLICY
USPS will not reimburse for melted candles or wax melts so with that in mind, please understand that SO BE IT will not be held responsible for melted products. Please know that you are ordering at your own risk but we will do everything we can to ensure that your soy wax candles and melts arrive to you in great shape and ready to enjoy!
Wax melts will be dropped off for shipping on Mondays. It is a good idea to track your package and know when to expect its arrival. It would also be great to make sure someone is able to receive your package to avoid having it sitting outside for an extended time.
Soy wax is a soft wax. If your melts are soft to the touch on arrival, place them in the freezer for a few minutes to harden up again before use.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our hope is that you will be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for some slim chance that you are not, we ask that you reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at email@example.com with your concerns. We will do what we can to make things right.
At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds. Our candle scents are our impressions/interpretations of a particular fragrance and we cannot offer returns or refunds because you disagree with our fragrance descriptions and do not like the smell of the candle. If there was an error on our part, we can offer an even exchange for any unburned candles.
